Your website, your choice

Website packages for hotels and guest accommodation

Set the page scope around your rooms, your setting and the information guests need before checking availability. Your existing booking service remains part of the brief.

All starting prices shown include VAT. We confirm a fixed written price once the accommodation content and booking handoff have been agreed.

  • Photo galleries, approved project material and useful real-location content
  • Hosting and care included for the hotel's first website year
Price my hotel website
The website belongs to you
Your accommodation business owns the website, domain and content. Your booking provider continues to manage its own platform under your arrangement with it.
Fully managed hosting
Fully managed website hosting costs £15 a month or £150 a year. Room-description edits, new photography and seasonal information are separate content work.
Content changes and care
The £25 monthly care plan covers minor content changes, maintenance, security checks, weekly backups and monitoring. New accommodation sections or specialist booking connections need further scoping.

A clear link to your chosen booking engine is different from building a reservation system. Embedded booking, payments and channel-manager functions depend on confirmed provider requirements.

A few useful answers

Hotel website questions

Rooms, direct booking journeys and a clear picture of the stay.

Have a different question? Email us

Can a hotel website connect to our existing booking engine?

Yes. The design can guide guests to your chosen booking engine, with any embedded connection agreed around that provider. This does not include building a new reservation platform by default. Share the system you use so the availability and booking journey can be planned accurately.

How much does hotel website design cost?

Hotel website design starts at £295 for Starter, £595 for Essentials and £995 for Business. A fixed quote is agreed in writing around the rooms, property content and functions required. Business includes hosting and care for year one; specialist booking integrations are priced separately.

What information should guests find on a hotel website?

Guests need clear room details, useful photographs, property facilities, location information and a visible booking route. Explain practical points that affect the stay using information supplied by the hotel. The website should make it straightforward to move from looking at the property to checking availability.

Can a small hotel use a simple website design?

Yes. A small hotel can use a concise design if it explains the accommodation and makes the next booking step clear. Useful room descriptions and accurate stay information matter more than adding sections for their own sake. The design should still work comfortably on a guest's phone.

Should I use a hotel template or a bespoke website?

Choose the option that presents your rooms and booking journey clearly without losing the character of the property. A template supplies a starting structure; a bespoke design can respond more closely to your photographs and content. Neither option replaces the need to confirm booking-system requirements.

Does a hotel website guarantee more direct bookings?

No. A clearer website can make the route to your booking service easier to follow, but it cannot guarantee booking numbers. Availability, rates and the wider guest experience remain part of the decision. The hotel concepts shown here are illustrative and do not represent booking results.

Can you change room information once the hotel website is live?

Yes. Room-content and seasonal updates can be arranged separately from managed hosting. Minor amendments are included with £25 monthly website care, while bigger additions are scoped individually. Hosting costs £15 per month or £150 per year, with year-one hosting and care included in Business.
